Meat Camp Pro: SEP 2018

For professional meat lovers who are looking to further their culinary schools, Belcampo Meat Camp Pro is the ideal destination. This “Pro” version of Belcampo Meat Camp includes a tour of Belcampo Butchery, our Animal Welfare Approved and USDA-inspected plant, and advanced workshops, such as sausage making and cutting primal to sub-primal. The camp is all-inclusive, with participants lodged in luxury tents in the farm’s orchard and enjoying family-style meals.

Belcampo Farms is located in Gazelle, CA at the base of Mt. Shasta in Northern CA. The farm is about a 5 hour drive to/from San Francisco. For guests traveling to/from Southern CA, we recommend flying from LAX to MFR (Medford, OR), then driving about 1 hr. and 15 min. from Medford airport to Belcampo Farms. (flights available via American Airlines).
