Preheat the grill to 275˚F.
Place the pork butt on the grill, and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 160˚F.
Remove the pork from the grill and place in a dutch oven, or aluminum
pan. Pour the bone broth into the pan. Cover with aluminum foil, or lid.
Return the pork to the grill and continue to cook until it reaches 195˚F. This can take 2-3 hours.
Remove the pork from the grill and allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes.
Once rested, shred the pork.
Add BBQ sauce if you would like and mix well.
