1) Chicken Tacos

Great for your next Taco Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday! 


  • Sliced red onions
  • Sliced cooked chicken breast
  • Corn tortilla
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Sour cream
  • Squeeze of citrus

  1. Sear sliced onions in a hot skillet, add sliced chicken breast and cook through until warmed.
    Toast tortilla and combine all.
    Drizzle fresh lime juice over top.

2) Chicken Arugula Salad

This savory salad tastes so good you’ll forget how healthy it is.


  • Arugula
  • Red Bell
  • 1 cooked chicken breast
  • Olive oil
  • Sherry vinegar

Combine all ingredients


3) Chicken Sandwich

  • ¼ head cabbage
  • 1 avo
