Owned by the Co-Founder of Belcampo, this small ranch located in the Garzon region of Uruguay has a heritage in traditional regenerative farming. It's native grasslands and Mediterranean climate create ideal conditions for the animals and some of the world’s best grass-fed and finished beef. With Belcampo’s partnership, it is the first ranch to become Certified HumaneTM in the country. The meat is shipped to us by the boat to reduce our carbon footprint, and wet aged during transport to increase tenderness. We do the final cutting and packaging at the Belcampo Butchery. BEEF SPECIAL?

We’ve raised the standard of beef and it’s a difference you can taste. All of our cattle are 100% grass-fed and finished on our climate-positive farms. Our breeds are raised 10+ months longer than conventional operations, then dry-aged to tenderize them to perfection.

It’s a difference you can see (hello, marbling), and one you can taste, too (hello, delicious). By prioritizing healthy, climate-positive grazing pastures, we ensure you get the healthiest beef possible, with nearly a 1:1 ratio of omega-3s to omega-6 fatty acids. Our meat is naturally better for you—what can we say!

All of our perishable products are shipped frozen, in eco-friendly insulated packaging that’s designed and tested to keep the temperature inside the box below 40°F during shipping. We’ll notify you once your package leaves our farm so you can keep an eye on tracking. We recommend that you quickly store your meat upon receipt for safety and to maintain the quality. Keep it frozen or allow it to thaw in your refrigerator and enjoy when you’re ready! We practice regenerative agriculture, that means our farms are climate-positive and carbon-negative. We farm and raise our animals in a way that ensures nutrients and goodness go back into the land. At the Belcampo Estate, we’ve planted a diverse range of grasses that mimic the natural environment and rotate our animals based on herd size and plant growth cycles to ensure a balanced ecosystem. These natural grazing patterns cultivate healthy soil, capture carbon from the environment, and limit our impact on the watershed. Good for animals = good for the planet. Win-win!
