Every Summer at Belcampo Farms, we welcome guests to experience our popular Meat Camps, retreats, and farm stays. Our goals are simple — to connect you with the source of your food, to inspire you to cook it in a way that is rudimentary and genius all at the same time, and to have fun!
This summer we’ve invited Food Network’s Ryan Fey and Mark Anderson (“The Grill Dads”) to host one week of our Meat Camp and help you, or your favorite backyard warrior, elevate their grilling game to become a neighborhood legend.
During your stay, you lodge in luxury tents on our farm orchard, enjoy family style, farm-to-table meals prepared by The Grill Dads and Belcampo chefs under the stars, and participate in a variety of meat cookery lessons throughout the day. Guests gain an inside look into the sustainable farming practices on our Animal Welfare Approved farm through guided farm tours and obtain hands on experience practicing butchery and open-fire grilling with Belcampo Organic, pasture raised meat.
Belcampo Farms is located in Gazelle, CA at the base of Mt. Shasta in Northern CA. The farm is about a 5 hour drive to/from San Francisco. For guests traveling to/from Southern CA, we recommend flying from LAX to MFR (Medford, OR), then driving about 1 hr. and 15 min. from Medford airport to Belcampo Farms.
