Meat Camp Pro: AUG 2017

Looking to further your culinary skills? The Pro version of Belcampo’s Meat Camp includes a tour of our Animal Welfare Approved slaughterhouse as well as more advanced workshops such as sausage making and cutting primal to sub-primal. The camp is all-inclusive, with participants lodged in luxury tents in the farm’s orchard and enjoying family-style meals.

Ideal for those who have already attended our general Meat Camp or those who have some experience with open-fire grilling or basic butchery. Pricing for this all-inclusive 3-day retreat is $1,400 per person for a double-occupancy fully equipped “glamping” tent. If you are traveling alone and prefer not to room with another participant, a single-occupancy tent can be reserved for an additional $600. We are also offering a limited number of Bring-Your-Own (BYOT) spaces for $800 per person (for additional information, inquire within). A shuttle is also available for reservation, making pickup/drop offs at SFO and downtown San Francisco for an additional $85 per person. Cancellation Policy is as follows: Greater than 60 days prior to camp: 70% refunded 31-60 days: 50% refunded 30 days or less: No refund, however we will credit you the full amount towards a future Meat Camp or Belcampo gift card (for online product purchases or in-store dining & butcher shop purchases) Note: In the event of Meat Camp is cancelled due to extreme weather or other unanticipated conditions, we will refund all participants in full.
