Belcampo and Traeger Grills are teaming up for an unforgettable outdoor experience, connecting you to the source of your food, and inspiring you to cook and experience flavor like never before. You’ll join a group of 25 “campers” spending three days and two nights on the picturesque Belcampo Farms, learning from a female-led team of experts. Belcampo Farms co-founder and CEO, Anya Fernald will teach everything from sustainable farming practices and butchery fundamentals, and Traeger Pitmaster Diva Q and cookbook author Amanda Haas will show you all the skills you need to cook and prepare a flavorful wood-fired meal from start to finish.
Enjoy luxury “glamping tent” lodging on the farm’s orchard, while you savor farm-style cocktails, and indulge in delicious family-style meals using Belcampo’s organic, pasture raised meats, all cooked using Traeger wood fired grills.
Belcampo Farms is located in Gazelle, CA at the base of Mt. Shasta in Northern CA. The farm is about a 5-hour drive to/from San Francisco. For guests traveling to/from Southern CA, we recommend flying from LAX to MFR (Medford, OR), then driving about 1 hr. and 15 min. from Medford airport to Belcampo Farms. (flights available via American Airlines).
