Our boneless roast is cut from the rib end of the pork loin. It’s richly colored with tons of flavor, a touch of natural sweetness and a nice fat layer that will baste into the meat as it cooks. Our favorite way to prepare is to rub it with spices and roast in a 400 degree (F) oven, fat side up, until internal temperature reads 155 degrees (F). Tent and allow to rest 10 minutes before cutting into thick slices to serve.

- Once defrosted, store up to 7 days in refrigerator in original unopened packaging and up to 5 days once packaging has been opened and product exposed to air. We don’t recommend freezing product that has been completely thawed as there may be some loss of quality. Always reference safe handling instructions included on product packaging.
