Our boneless roast is cut from the rib end of the pork loin. It’s richly colored with tons of flavor, a touch of natural sweetness and a nice fat layer that will baste into the meat as it cooks.
Our favorite way to prepare is to rub it with spices and roast in a 400 degree (F) oven, fat side up, until internal temperature reads 155 degrees (F). Tent and allow to rest 10 minutes before cutting into thick slices to serve.
