Belcampo Rib Eye is an Organic, grass-fed and grass-finished middle meat cut from the rib section. Our Rib Eye is one of our most flavorful, tender and juicy cuts known for its marbling and stands on it’s own as a show stopper at any meal. Simply rub it with a healthy pinch of kosher, mineral, or sea salt on each side and pan-fry it in a searing hot cast iron pan. We raise our beef to a full 10+ months longer on grass (26-27 months vs. 16-18 months of age at harvest) and it shows with the rich marbling and great flavor on this beef.
