Keto Meatballs


  • 1 lb Ground Belcampo Beef
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 2 Belcampo eggs
  • ¼ cup Crème Fraiche
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 TBS Minced Garlic
  • ¼ cup Minced Onion
  • 2 TBS Fennel seed, toasted, ground
  • 2 TBS fresh thyme, minced
  • 1 TBS Salt
  • ½ TBS Black Pepper
  1.  Preheat your oven to 375 F
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly by hand. Don’t over-work the mixture.
  4. Form the meat into balls that are slightly larger than a golf ball. Align them evenly on your sheet tray.
  5. Transfer to the oven and cook for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  7. Enjoy as a snack, in a soup, or serve in your favorite sauce (we love a fresh chimichurri!)
  8. This recipe also works great with ground lamb!
