Combine lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
Coat the Shasta steak evenly with the mixture. Allow to rest in the rub for at least 2 hours.
Heat your grill to 450-500˚F
Place the steak directly onto the grill. Cook for 5 minutes on each side to achieve medium rare.
Once cooked, remove from the grill and place on a roasting rack or
cutting board. Allow the steak to rest for at least 5 minutes before
thinly slicing.
