We’ve raised the standard of beef and it’s a difference you can taste. All of our cattle are 100% grass-fed and finished on our climate-positive farms. Our breeds are raised 10+ months longer than conventional operations, then dry-aged to tenderize them to perfection.

It’s a difference you can see (hello, marbling), and one you can taste, too (hello, delicious). By prioritizing healthy, climate-positive grazing pastures, we ensure you get the healthiest beef possible, with nearly a 1:1 ratio of omega-3s to omega-6 fatty acids. All of our perishable products are shipped frozen, in eco-friendly insulated packaging that’s designed and tested to keep the temperature inside the box below 40°F during shipping. We’ll notify you once your package leaves our farm so you can keep an eye on tracking. We recommend that you quickly store your meat upon receipt for safety and to maintain the quality. Keep it frozen or allow it to thaw in your refrigerator and enjoy when you’re ready!
