INGREDIENTS

1 lbs carrots, peeled and cut into 1” pieces

1 tbsp butter
-
1 tbsp honey
-
2 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp ras el hanout (optional but delicious)

2 tbsp fresh thyme, minced

2 tbsp fresh chives, minced

Kosher salt
STEP-BY-STEP

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the peeled and cut carrots.

2. Cook the carrots until al dente. Drain the carrots.

3. Melt the butter in a large pan over high heat. Add honey and lemon juice. Cook until it begins to bubble.

4. Add the carrots and cook until they glaze over with the honey mixture.
5. Season with salt and ras el hanout.
