Organic Leg of Lamb
INGREDIENTS

1 Belcampo leg of lamb, bone-in

2 tbsp olive oil

Kosher salt
-
Freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP

1. Coat the leg of lamb with olive oil.

2. Season all sides of the lamb with salt and pepper.

3. Preheat the oven to 325˚F.

4. Transfer the lamb to a roasting rack and place in the oven.

5. Roast until you reach your desired temperature.

6. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for at least 15 minutes before carving.
